Welcome to the City of Rochester's Department of Recreation & Arena. This website is the communication center for the department. We try to keep it up to date with information about what we do. Check back here often!

Rochester Rec Volleyball League

Dates: Elementary/Middle - June 5-August 7 (Wednesdays)

Times: Elementary League - 5-6:30PM

Middle School League - 6:30-8PM

Cost: Elementary/Middle - $45 res/$55 non res


High School Girl's Beach Volleyball League

Dates: High School - June 4-August 6 (Tuesdays)

Times: High School League - 4-8PM

Cost: High School - $160 per team/$45 individual

Tball @ the Commons
Registrations end on May 25th.
When/Time: Practices on Thursdays, from 6:00-7:30PM (May 30, June 6, 13, 20, 27)
Games on Saturdays, from 9:00-10:30 (June 1, 8, 15, 22, 29)
Where: Rochester Commons
Cost: $45 res / $55 non-res

Hershey's Track & Field
Come to the Rec Department for a mandatory Parent Meeting on May 16th from 6:00-7:00PM.
Schedules for practices and meets will be handed out at this meeting! Please pick one up at the Rec Office if you miss this meeting. Cost: $10
Practices begin May 20th from 4:00-6:00pm.

Public Roller Skating

The ice is being taken out and the multi-sport floor is put in during April at the Arena!

 

Friday & Saturday

from 6:00-7:30PM & 8:00-10:00PM

BOTH NIGHTS!
Sundays from 1:00-3:00 PM
Thursdays for ADULTS ONLY from 7:00 - 9:00 PM

$5 per skater (skates included!)

Birthday Parties at the Rochester Arena for Roller Skating
$40 to rent the room + $4 per roller skater.

Adult Roller Hockey League 

The Rochester Arena will be offering a Roller Hockey League with up to eight teams. Starting times for the games are 6:30-9:30PM and the anticipated start date will be Monday, May 13th.                                                

NO GAMES ON May 27th (Memorial Day)

When: May 13th-July 1st on Mondays          
Times: 6:30-9:30PM         
Cost: $120 per player
